Spectrum Fine Homes has been an established residential Design/Build/Interior Design firm for almost 20 years. Both owners, Susan & Robert Davis, have been Certified Green Building Professionals since 2004, and we have completed more than twenty projects having some aspect of Sustainable Design and Green Building included in them. 

Spectrum Fine Homes received the Best Green Remodel Award for one of the two homes showcased on the 2006 Build-It-Green Santa Clara County Home Tour, and Platinum and Gold Awards for Green projects entered in the NARI of San Jose 2008 META Competition.

Specializing in eco-interiors for nearly ten years, at least one green aspect has been integrated into every residential remodel. More recently, exclusively green projects, such as the kitchen remodel shown in the case studies tab, have been completed. Corser Design has been involved in five green residential remodeling projects in the past year.

Jeff King (CEO and Founder) is a Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP). Adrian Banbury (Production Manager) is also a Certified Green Building Professional and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Green Fusion Design Center’s products possess, at a minimum, at least one of the following attributes: recycled, biodegradable, organic, natural, energy efficient, water efficient, exceptionally durable, non-toxic, locally produced, sustainably harvested, and supportive of the global community’s health and well being.

Our work is based on the principles of Bau-biologie, which is the study of the effect of the built environment on human health. We are educating and assisting a growing clientele in making their home environments healthier and more environmentally responsible. Eco-terric’s owner, Rowena Finegan, is certified by the BBEC-Institute for Bau-Biology & Ecology, and we are members of Co-op America.

As a new company, we have just begun to supply our community with green building and lifestyle products.  Our staff of dedicated green professionals includes a LEED AP on staff, an experienced green materials specifier, and a Green Interior Designer on site.  Our business is affiliated with the USGBC-NCC.
